In car rental there are two main options: renting with a deposit blocked on a credit card, or renting with full insurance included. At One Ride we offer both, so you can choose the type of protection that suits your trip.
1. Rental with deposit / security hold
Some vehicles require a security deposit blocked on the client’s credit card for the duration of the rental. The amount depends on the car segment and risk class. After the rental ends, the amount is released if the vehicle is returned in good condition.
2. Rental with full insurance included
A modern and convenient alternative is to choose a package with full insurance included. In this case, there is no deposit blocked on the credit card, and your financial liability becomes very limited or even zero for insured damages, according to the contract terms.
For long rentals and returning clients, we can offer special no-deposit packages tailored to the season and vehicle type.
